Weapon Modifiers are magic attributes that are added to your weapons. These magic properties can either give you some kind of buff, debuff to the enemy or support teammates. All modifiers have a rank suffix as part of the modification which indicates the strength of the particular effect. In addition to the effect, Weapon Modifiers increase the total damage of the current weapon by 5% per rank.
NOTE: Modifiers are not currently part of the new version due to technical limitations but are planned later in development.
Adrenalage will give adrenaline to teammates that you hit up to their max adrenaline. The amount of adrenaline is determined by damage.
Armor will give armor to teammates that you hit up to their max armor. The amount of armor is determined by damage.
Combustion will cause 25% of the damage performed to be turned into a stacking debuff on the victim. After 2 seconds, the victim will ignite causing up to 25 damage and reduce the stack by the damage done. Doinng more damage to the victim will increase the stack up to a max of 100.
Force will cause fired projectiles to move 10% faster per rank. Force can only be aquired on projectile weapons.
Freezing will apply a debuff to the victim that lasts for 5 seconds. The victim will have their movement speed, jump height and air control reduced by a percentage based on the strength of the debuff. Shooting the victim will increase the strength of the debuff by an additional 50% of the weapon damage and refresh the timer.
Healing will give health to teammates that you hit up to their super max health. The amount of health is determined by damage.
Knockback will override the standard momentum from weapons and replace it with a force that pushes victims away from the weapon. The strength of the force is determined by the damage of the attack.
Luck will randomly spawn a pickup item for you every once in a while. Items are spawned based on your current needs. The frequency is determined by the weapon's rank.
Piercing will allow your attacks to ignore 10% of enemy shields per rank.
Poison will apply a debuff to the victim that lasts for 8 seconds. Every second, the victim will take some poison damage based on the strength of the debuff. Shooting the victim will increase the strength of the debuff by 1 for every 20 weapon damage and refresh the timer..
Protection reduces the amount of damage you receive by 10% per rank.
Pullforward will override the standard momentum from weapons and replace it with a force that pulls victims towards the weapon. The strength of the force is determined by the damage of the attack.
Static will add a stacking buff to you when you do damage to enemies. When getting very close to an enemy, you discharge a bolt of lightning, causing damage to the enemy based on how large the stack is. The stack can only reach 100 damage.
Sturdy reduces the amount of momentum you receive from enemy attacks by 25% per rank.
Vorpal gives a small chance to immediately kill an enemy on hit. The chance is based on damage of the attack.
